Welcome to East Mesa Inn Motel

East Mesa Inn Motel offers a straightforward, no-nonsense lodging option nestled in the industrial heart of Mesa, Arizona. With a modest rating of 3.6, this motel consistently draws travelers who prioritize affordability, cleanliness, and practical amenities over luxury. Located at 8019 E Apache Trail, East Mesa Inn caters primarily to contractors, business visitors, and those seeking a quiet place to rest without the frills.

Guests often highlight the motel’s approachable and friendly ownership, creating a welcoming atmosphere that fosters repeat stays. As reviewer Ed Enders notes, the owner’s personable nature and consistent pricing stand out among higher-priced competitors in the area. This balance of value and service appeals to budget-conscious guests who want a reliable place to recharge.

The rooms strike a neat and functional tone, with clean beds, large flat-screen TVs, and essential kitchen appliances like refrigerators, microwaves, and stoves—ideal for extended stays or those who prefer self-catering. While some details like facial tissues and kitchen utensils are missing, the core comforts remain intact. The Wi-Fi service receives mixed feedback, occasionally spotty but generally sufficient for light use.

East Mesa Inn's amenities focus on essentials: free Wi-Fi, free parking, and air conditioning create a comfortable, convenient stay. The motel’s laundry facilities, praised for cleanliness and fair pricing, underscore attention to guest needs during longer visits.

While it lacks extras such as a pool, restaurant, or fitness center, this motel thrives on simplicity and function. Its location—primarily industrial—makes it less suitable for families seeking recreation, yet it is valued by visitors who prioritize proximity to work sites or transportation hubs. Visitors inclined toward sightseeing and local exploration will find East Mesa Inn a practical base.

The atmosphere, from staff warmth to quiet surroundings, blends reliability with a modest charm. It embodies the spirit of humble hospitality where service quality, rather than luxury, defines the guest experience. For those needing a safe, secure, and reasonably priced stay in the East Valley, East Mesa Inn Motel offers a genuine, straightforward refuge.

I would recommend this place because the owner is a pretty cool guy . Their prices are consistent. Other hotels in the area are higher. No security deposit. Cash or CC. If you want no frills and just need a good night's sleep, then this is your place.

Stayed here a number of times. For the price it's the best deal. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable with large flat screen tv. However they don't supply rooms with box of facial tissue, which I thought was standard. Staff for the most part are friendly. And there Wi-Fi network is spotty at times. All and all its becoming my favorite place to stay in the east valley.

East Mesa motel is in a largely industrial area and seems to be used mostly by travelling contractors. Although not really a place for families this motel is a good home base for a guy in the area to do a job or in my case to process a storage unit full of stuff. The room was cleaner than I expected and equipped with fridge, stove, and microwave but no utensils. Since I was planning to car camp across the country I had cooking gear and the little kitchenette worked great for me. The a/c did struggle to keep up on the brutal 115 degree days. I found the trick is to aim the vents at about 45 so the a/c can mix the warm and cool air and then the room cooled off ok. If you are looking for a basic place to hunker down while getting a job done the East Mesa Inn is fine, for most travellers you might want to spend more money for a bit more comfort. The staff is polite and helpful but not particularly friendly (nor unfriendly, just businesslike). Parking is a little tight but ample.

Excellent place. Clean rooms pleasant staff. The staff works hard to ensure that your stay here is enjoyable rather you are here for a day or a long stay. Safe and secure
